Hi thanks for visiting me yesterday. About the pork loin it happened to be marinated in apple n somethin else. It was the best one. I have had the ones with black pepper and they are too hot. We happen to have venison now from a friend. My husband hasn't been able to hunt for a few years too. You poor soul.
