NUTHIN MUCH.......................

After talking to my brother for a long time today, I was left thinking and praying about some things that have been bothering me for a while. Sometimes it is so very hard not to let your focus be on the negative. If worry could kill I would be like Lazarus on the 4th day ...I would "Stinketh"! Anyway...there is so much negative to steal your focus. In the midst of it today I thought about how many positive things that are going on in my life too. The correct term would be to call them what they are and that is B-L-E-S-S-I-N-G-S!! My spiritual Daddy says..."You have to be intentional about things". He is right. So I am intentionally going to think of some BLESSINGS this afternoon.
Just a few....I'm thankful for my Mama & my brother. I'm thankful for my spiritual Daddy that always has time for me, no matter what. A husband that puts up with my weirdness and still loves me. I'm thankful for feeling like me again. Oh I could go on & on...I'll stop here. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME....ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD!

The pictures are of a new teapot I recently bought...from K-Mart on sale & A box full of letters from friends & family & some other stuff. Some blessings.

Hi, Tina Leigh...so nice to meet you. I will have to browse your blog too..I see you're another gal from GA. Pecans in S. GA..how about that. My dad used to own several acres of property down that way, in Ellaville, ever heard of it?? He sold it a few years ago, as my mom vowed to never live down there. Instead their retirement home is in Murphy, NC. They split their time between NC & GA now. I'm enjoying AL very much, but NO, I do not know what the Baptist whatever is. I just know it has to be a nursing home where old people are sent to die, right?? LOL From the gist of your comment, that's what I deduced!

Please come back & visit anytime. Oh, and on your Blessings post...I can relate. I am such a worrywart at times!

I love your tea pots, so elegant looking. I love your post and God Is Good All The Time. A Christian radio station in our area used to say that all the time.
So true that we need to focus on the blessings.

I love your tea pot. I thought you were going to say it belonged to your great grandmother or something like that. Very pretty.

Negativeness runs in your family. I wonder how it all started. I've been counting my blessings more than ever today and you know why!
The tea set is so pretty. Wish I drank tea!
Now I've got to go ready rhoda blogs to see what she is talking about! Love you!

Your dishes are beautiful! You have lots of friends from the look of all the letters, etc,.

I don't worry nearly as much as I use to. I know God is in charge and knows all things and will be with me come what may.....

Definitely God is good all the time......
